About me
Eveline Frey
I’m here to help you discover effective and adaptive problem-solving strategies tailored to your unique struggles, challenges, and problems. My goal is to assist you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.
My working style is:
Personal. A good relationship between the client and the therapist is a crucial prerequisite for successful therapy. Therefore, it is particularly important to me that you feel comfortable, can express your needs, and actively participate in the therapy process.
Individual. Every person has specific needs to which I want to cater. My motivation is to understand you and collaboratively achieve an improvement in your mental well-being.
Goal-oriented. I believe that clear goals in therapy provide structure and orientation. This allows for a better perception of changes and improvements during the course of therapy.
