FAQ
The duration of psychotherapy is individual and varies based on the specific concerns of the individual. Usually, there are between 15 and 30 sessions. In cases of complex issues or persistent mental disorders, psychotherapy may extend beyond this range.
A session typically lasts 50 to 60 minutes, and in exceptional cases or during assessment appointments, sessions may extend slightly (up to 75 minutes).
Typically, an ASD assessment takes between 6 and 8 sessions. For more information on conducting an ASD assessment, please visit: Autism Spectrum Disorder in adults.
Therapy or counseling is meaningful when you experience distress that impairs your daily life and when you desire professional support. The prerequisite for psychotherapy is a desire for change in the current issue and a willingness to actively participate in the therapy.

Without a medical prescription, the costs are often covered by supplementary insurance. This should be clarified on a case-by-case basis with your insurance company. Alternatively, you have the option to bear the costs yourself. Further information on the rates can be found here.
Contact me via email, telephone, or through the contact form to schedule an initial appointment. Please bring your insurance card and the completed prescription form to the first session. However, the psychologist must inform the client before disclosing any information.
